Melt butter in the same pan and sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes. |
| 4. |
Introduce the ground pork and stir fry until fat comes out. Use a slatted spoon and press the meat to avoid forming lumps. |

Add the ground round beef and cook until light brown. |
| 6. |
Add chorizo slices, paprika, Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. |
| 7. |
Mix in the raisins and mixed vegetables. |
| 8. |
Using a 2" x 8" x 12" glass dish, transfer the hash brown potatoes and spread evenly. |
| 9. |
Next, spread the meat mixture over the hash brown. |
| 10. |
Place 4 pcs bananas on each side of the 12 |
| 11. |
Break each egg and place it on each square, allowing the yolk to sit on the meat mixture, while allowing the white part to seep through poking the corners with a chopstick. Sprinkle with freshly grated black pepper. |
| 12. |
In a pre-heated oven to 375°F , bake the dish for 10 minutes or until the eggs are cooked to the desired doneness (runny yolk or well-done). Serve hot with rice or hot pan de sal. |
