Serves 4 Ingredients:

lean minced beef |

spring onions, finely chopped |
| 3 Tbsp |
LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce |
| 2 tsp |
dried oregano |
| 1 clove |
garlic, crushed or |
| 2 tsp |
garlic sauce |

salt and freshly ground black pepper |
| 4 slices |
tomato |
| 4 triangular slices |
cheddar cheese |
| 2 halved |
hamburger style buns |
|
mustard, for spreading |
|
mixed salad leaves and fine slices of spring |
|
onion to garnish |
Procedures:

In a large bowl, combine beef, chopped spring onions, cheese, LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce, oregano, garlic and seasoning to taste. |

Shape the mixture into 4 rounds about 10cm or 4inches in diameter. Cover and refrigerate for an 1 hour. |

Place hamburgers under a hot grill and cook for about 12-15mins, turning once, until done. |
| 4. |
Place a slice of tomato on top of each burger then a slice of cheese to cover just half of the tomato. Cook for a further 2 mins or until the cheese begins to melt. |

Spread each side of the hamburger bun with mustard, arrange a few salad leaves on top and add the hamburger. |
