Adobo Wings in Beer

Ingredients
| 1⁄2 head | garlic, smashed & pounded |
| 6 pcs | chicken wings, washed, patted dry |
| 1 packet | instant adobo powder mix |
| 3 - 4 Tbsp | light beer |
| pinch coarse salt |
| pinch pepper |
| 2 Tbsp | Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce |
| 2 - 3 Tbsp | softened butter |
| 1 pc | green or dried laurel leaf (do not crush) |

Procedure
- Marinate chicken wings in Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, beer, salt & pepper for at least 15 mins in a refrigerator.
- Prepare adobo mix per packet instructions and simmer in low heat.
- In another skillet, heat some butter and brown the chicken wings.
- As chicken wings get browned, drop pieces into the adobo sauce pan until all pieces are cooked.
- Crush garlic and add to the pan. Add marinade and some more butter then continue to simmer, but this time covered for 5 more mins.
- Serve hot.
Tip
You can take out the garlic bits and fry in butter until golden and use it as garnish.
