Honey Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
| 4 pcs | Chicken wings |
| 3 tsp | paprika |
| 50 g | flour |
| 1⁄4 cup | honey |
| 2 tsp | Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1 Tbsp | Heinz Tomato Ketchup |
| 1⁄4 of a can | canned sweet corn |
| 1⁄4 of a can | sweet green peas |
| 1 tsp | unsalted butter |
| salt and pepper to taste |

- Rub the chicken with salt, pepper and the paprika.
- In a pot, heat about, 300 ml of oil.
- Dredge chicken in flour then deep fry them.
- Cook chicken for about 8-10 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked, set aside.
- In another pan, combine the honey, Heinz Tomato Ketchup and Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce. Heat this mixture until hot.
- Toss in your chicken wings into the sauce until they are completely covered.
- For your vegetables, just heat butter in a pan and sauté your corn and peas.
- Cook this for about 2 minutes.
Assembly:
- Take a Tupperware, preferably with partitions, then scoop in some rice, then put in the vegetables, and lastly, the chicken.
Tip
It is advisable if you purchase food containers with partitions in them such that the food is well separated.
