Another version of the pork adobo, this time with banana ketchup.

Ingredients
| ½ kilo | pork liempo, cut into pieces |
| 1⁄4 cup | cane vinegar |
| 1⁄4 cup | soy sauce |
| 1 Tbsp | chopped garlic |
| 2 pcs | laurel leaves |
| 1⁄2 tsp | crushed black peppercorns |
| 1⁄4 cup | water |
| 1 Tbsp | banana ketchup |
| 1 Tbsp | Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce |

Procedure
- In a saucepan, cook over low heat the pork liempo, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, laurel leaves, peppercorns and water. Cover pan while cooking.
- Simmer until pork is cooked and fork tender.
- When cooked, add banana ketchup, Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce to thicken sauce.
- Serve while hot with freshly cooked plain rice.
Tip
To serve like lechon kawali, panfry pork liempo adobo until crispy.
