Ingredients
| 200 g | leftover pork adobo |
| 1⁄4 cup | red bell pepper |
| 1⁄4 cup | green bell pepper |
| 3 cloves | garlic |
| 2 whole | onions |
| 1 Tbsp | Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce |
| 2 Tbsp | oyster sauce |
| 2 tsp | sugar |

Procedure
- Chop garlic and slice onions thinly.
- Cut bell peppers into ½ inch squares.
- For the pork adobo, take them out of the sauce.
- In a pan, heat some oil.
- Sauté the garlic and the onions and then add the bell peppers
- Toss in the pork adobo and cook until it gets a bit crispy.
- Pour in your Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, oyster sauce and sugar.
- Mix well and simmer.
- If you want some spice, you can add some chopped chili.
Assembly:
- To make things exciting, take a bowl and scoop some rice in it. Then on top of the rice, put some of your pork saute for a nice and flavorful rice topping.
Tip
Leaving food in the refrigerator intensifies flavor because the flavors are allowed to set and fuse.
